In response to increasing demand from existing and new Landlords, Portrait Properties are providing a personal professional service to Landlords who wish to let their properties as houses of multiple occupation (HMOs) and in particular for student lets.
We have direct contact and good working relationships with Plymouth City Council and the University with properties signed off individually as satisfying requirements. Landlords do not have simply to rely on their (or our) interpretation of the ever increasing morass of legislation and regulations.
