For more than 15 years, the Directors have been letting out properties in places as diverse as Edinburgh, Hull, London, Newcastle and Plymouth. They have an extensive understanding of the needs and aspirations of both Landlords and Tenants.
As property owners with high standards themselves, they know that Landlords expect an excellent service from a lettings and management agent. In the use of almost all agents which they employed before running their own agency, they found that there was something missing from the services offered. Hence the two Directors of the business each with legal, City and business backgrounds, decided to run their own agency.
In August 2007 they acquired FS Property Letting Agents in a retirement sale and in July 2008 enlarged the business with the acquisition of the first rate lettings department of Falcon Properties
The Directors, who have also been Tenants themselves, readily appreciate the requirements and concerns of Tenants. Now consolidated under the Portrait banner in a prominent position at 36 Mannamead Road on estate agents row, the business has a footfall of Tenants through the office which is constant. Here Tenants receive a cordial welcome and an attentive service.
We keep Landlords up to date with current issues by means of regular bulletins. We encourage communication with both Landlords and Tenants by the quickest means and for speed use e mail and mobiles as far as possible so that we may respond swiftly to all calls.
